Pilates Garage Class Schedule:

Mat classes are perfect for people who are injury free. All mat classes are different. Careful consideration should be given to picking the right mat class for you. We take mat class reservations online on our Mindbody* reservation system.

Alexander Tech introduces simple Alexander concepts to help you find more ease, breath and balance. Now IN-PERSON

Community Mat is an in-person and an open level mat class, It has a suggested fee of $15 with a minimum fee of $10. You can also use your mat package.

Pilates Mat Available both in person & on Zoom. Join us on Tuesdays at 7 pm and Saturdays at 9 am for classes IN PERSON. Community Mat is only IN PERSON.

Standing Movement classes are 45 minutes, they will get you up and moving at your pace for those times you are not able to get outside for a walk.

Pilates & Alexander Tech Classes are 55 minutes. Standing Movement & Pilates for Amputees are 45 minutes.
